Decent platform, some small issues

I recently moved my shop over to Ekm, mainly for the Multi-Channel Selling features and the promise of UK Based Support. The Product Import Tool worked pretty well, saved me a lot of time getting everything set up. The Responsive Themes look professional, which is a big plus. I had a small question about the Discount Code Tools and customer service got back to me within a day, which was okay. My only minor gripe was that integrating with eBay wasn't as seamless as I expected from the setup guides; it took a bit of fiddling to get the listings just right. Overall, it's a solid platform, good value for the annual payment option I chose, but some integrations could be smoother.

Good value for a new shop
